Where We Started

Formed in 2017 in Chicago, Amplify HR Management began with a clear vision: to create a different kind of PEO that prioritizes personalized service, transparent pricing, and tailored solutions.

We recognized that businesses needed a better alternative to expensive in-house HR departments and impersonal outsourcing options. Drawing on extensive experience in HR and benefits administration, we built Amplify on a simple principle: when businesses have the right HR support, they can focus on what they do best—growing their organization and serving their customers.
